Biocrete, the group’s building-materials producer, manufactured the full set of precast concrete facade segments for this residential building in Kerman. Biocrete’s scope covered fabrication of the panels only — on-site installation was carried out by another contractor.

A residential building in Mazandaran, delivered by Rasekh from structural execution through final brick facade detailing. Interior finishes drew directly on the company’s own building-materials production, and the project was carried from framing and structural work through to completed, move-in-ready units.
