Rasekh 22 is an active office building project in the Beyhaghi area of Tehran, built on a special reinforced-concrete structural system. Foundation and excavation work is complete, and Rasekh’s team is now carrying the concrete structural frame upward ahead of the finishing stages to follow.

A complete interior build-out for a dental clinic, delivered by Rasekh from structural partitioning and MEP coordination through to fully finished treatment rooms, a reception and waiting area, and back-of-house facilities. The project was managed end-to-end, from early space planning to final fit-out and handover.

Design and build of an exhibition booth for Biocrete’s building-material products, taken by Rasekh from initial concept and layout planning through fabrication and on-site installation. The design prioritized clear visual presentation of the materials on display, with construction completed to a fixed exhibition-hall deadline.
